Featured Author: Steven P Aitchison

This week I'm featuring my friend Steven Aitchison, who writes the Witches of Scotland fantasy series!

I met Steven at the Ireland Self Publishing Show. We had hilariously delightful about comparing our books, he wrote a SLOOOW burn closed door series called Witches of Scotland. He’s a hilariously delightful and intelligent human, and I was instantly determined to make him my friend.

I had no idea his series was such a big hit (he’s incredibly humble) and when I saw how well reviewed it was, I couldn’t help but read it. The next morning at breakfast I announced to him that we could not be friends because his series made me lost sleep.

We spent the next several days at the conference discussing our books, he was shocked, intrigued and actually listened to the audiobook version of Teddy, which led to many hilarious discussions about that particular book’s brand of spicy content and magic. He even made a tiktok about it! 🤣

Steven informed me that he tried to write spicy scenes in his book but he got too embarrassed, which I found incredibly endearing.

We now keep up with each other on social media, I’m eagerly awaiting his next series as I work my way through the rest of his Witches of Scotland series!
